A lead lands in the CRM
A request from any channel (ads, website, chatbot, webinar) creates a deal in NetHunt at the “New leads” stage. The card already holds qualification data: Jobcenter registration, German and English level.
The automation starts instantly
As soon as a new deal appears in a course pipeline, the automation runs. Filters check where the lead came from and what to do next.
A message in the course's topic
A message about the new lead appears in the right topic of the team's Telegram group, with everything needed to act right away:
- client's name
- their Telegram handle, so anyone can message them from the group
- Jobcenter status, German and English level
- an “Open deal in CRM” button
Only leads nobody has taken
The automation waits for the deal to change. When someone on the team takes the lead and moves it to “First contact”, the message disappears from the group automatically. The chat only shows leads that are still waiting.
Separate logic for webinars
People who register for a webinar shouldn't be called right away, only after they watch the live session or the recording. Using tags and filters, the automation knows the lead's stage and which update to wait for, then adds, edits or removes the message.
- “New lead… live webinar participant”
- “New lead… watched the recording”
- a reminder if a lead stays at the new stage for over 48 hours
The scale of one automation
This is the automation for just one course: dozens of steps, branches for different stages and scenarios, waiting for updates, sending and deleting Telegram messages.
A separate topic for each course
Automations are set up separately for every course and every pipeline of the academy. Each course has its own topic in the group, so everyone sees new leads for their course right away.
