A separate scenario for each lead form
Each course has its own Facebook scenario in Make. You can see how many leads each form brings, and one error doesn't stop the rest.
Facebook: fetch the lead and dispatch
The scenario fetches new leads from the form with all answers and, via a router, sends them to NetHunt and SendPulse at the same time.
TikTok: leads arrive instantly
A TikTok form lead goes out right away in two requests: to NetHunt and to SendPulse.
Websites: any site via webhook
The site form sends data to a webhook. Make parses it and passes it to NetHunt, SendPulse and a Google Sheet. Tilda, WordPress or any other site connects the same way.
NetHunt routes leads by course
The automation creates a contact and uses filters to pick the course: UX/UI, Online Marketing, Data Analytics, Jobcoaching, Office Manager, Career Review. Facebook forms alone account for 10,994 leads, processed without a single failure.
The same for websites and TikTok
Separate automations for websites (4,726 leads) and TikTok (1,404 leads) follow the same rules.
SendPulse gets the full lead profile
Along with contacts, the campaign, ad set, ad, form and all UTM tags are passed on. You can see where every person came from.
The course is detected from the ad
Filters check the campaign, ad set and ad names to understand which course the lead came for.
Every lead in its course list
The chain adds the person to the new-leads list for their course and to the general list, and removes them after 180 days.
Every lead is logged
The log shows each handover with date and time. 8,346 entries and not a single lost lead.
